Straight N Arrow is a USA Archery Youth 3D Archery Club, focused on faith based coaching for youth archers, to build skills in 3D archery, and stay on the straight and narrow path. We coach basic compound/Genesis, Compound, Recurve, Longbow, and Olympic recurve, and compete in State and National IBO Tournaments, as well as compete at our own local club tournaments at the Appalachian BowHunters Association in Belington WV. Where you will shoot from unknown distances along diverse terrain, in simulated hunting conditions with up to 4 shooters to a group, you will shoot on courses with 30 to 40 life size animal targets. We also hold our practices at the Appalachian BowHunters Association, learning skills like distance judgement, incline and decline shooting, shooting in different lighting and weather conditions. In addition to being coached on the 11 steps of archery, you will learn proper equipment and protective gear selection, bow maintenance, bow tuning, range etiquette, and the IBO tournament rules. STRAIGHT N ARROW is not just an archery goal, it's a life goal. Our staff is comprised of experienced archers, youth coaches, military veterans, and pastors. As well as guest instructors from the archery community.
